The story of the movie for beginning readers, written and illustrated by the director of the movie and his son, Racer Max, age 7, who originated the concept and characters. This description may be from another edition of this product.
My grandson, who is 3 1/2 has watched this movie over and over at our home during his visits. I had a difficult time finding anything related to his favorite movie. When I found the book I was thrilled, it has great illustrations and we read it together. I would recommend it to anyone who has a child that loves to read, especially the dream journal of Max.

My son loves this book. Thankfully we found it, because there isn't anything else for the true sharkboy fan to own. no costumes or action figures, etc... great addition to the movie

My son loves anything shark boy so to find this book just made his day. He has brought it to show and share at preschool twice and although only four years old already knows if we have skipped a page when reading it to him.

This book follows the movie word for word. My daughter loved the movie and is fascinated by the book. She has me read it to her almost every day. It has picture illustrations throughout the whole book that match up with the movie also. Very good book for anyone that loved the movie.
