This delightful tale of a young girl who yearns to go to the Eternal City to meet the King tells much, much more than just the simple allegory it portends to reveal. Heart Longing finds out that you must be more than presentable to meet our Lord and King, it's what's on the inside and how you love people that gets her in. For young and old alike, we find out just how forgiving our Jesus is.

One of the best spiritually challenging books for children!

This is an absolutely wonderful book! (Adults will love it too!) It's an allegory based on a young girl whose heart longs to see the king. I read this to my 3rd - 5th grade Missionettes (a girls Christian club) and they said it was the best book they ever heard. If you want to be challenged in exhibiting more spiritual fruit you've got to read this book!
