As someone who grew up hearing the stories of the real Capitol Kitty, this book a treasure. It truly shows the magical world of the Capitol and what it would be like to live there. And now the story is captured in a book for so many more people to share!

This adventurous tale of the Kitty sititng pretty in the California State Capitol, is not only filled with fun and frolic, but of life lessons as well. Two very different cats take a journey filled with suprises and fun. The story is entertaining and the illustrations vivid and inviting. This is a good opportunity for kids to discover more about government and how it works, couched between the tail of two kittys.
