A Very Important and Well-Written Book

This book is a must-read for anyone who is concerned about the incidence of child abuse in the United States. It is easy to read and very informative. The author, Kent S. Miller, presents all sides of the controversy as to when a child needs to be removed from a home and when other alternatives such as parenting classes are a better option. The problems with our current child welfare systems are addressed as well as the neccesity of having a system to protect children from abuse. Excellent book!
