Great for the student of world history.

The "Abolition of Serfdom in Russia" by David Moon was very informative for those who do not have a working knowledge of Tsarist Russia. Moon traces the path of serfdom in Russia and then how serfdom as an institution began to decline as well as some of the many consequences of serfdom's abolition.
