Why was this electronic surveillance plane flying over the White House and near the Pentagon on 911?

For anyone still questioning what happened on 911 this book reveals that a US top surveillance plane was flying around the White House and elsewhere on the very day of the attack on the twin towers. So we know that Dick Cheney and others knew exactly what was happening. No inexpert pilots flew into the towers that day. The summary at the end of the book is excellent. Anyone who is searching for truth will find this book illuminating. i did not love reading about the information that unfolds in this book but found it educational. No one loves reading about such a terrible event our our nation's history.
