Excellent book!

Although it can't nor should substitute for a competent RE lawyer, this does answer FAQs about RE transactions. It delivers what it promised to do, namely, answer FAQs about various aspects of the process. Initially, I hesitated about investing my time reading it but since it was co-authored by Mr. Irwin, whose many books I have read and liked, I quicky found it worthwhile. Here's my tip on selecting the books that would find a place in my library: I would first borrow the book from my public library, read it, and then decide.
