Missing the Puzzle

This book is based around a puzzle in the back of the book (and the cover says "includes a puzzle map of the USA!" However, the entire puzzle is missing. The frame for it makes up the inside back cover of the book, so it's a bummer that it's missing because you can't really hide that part of the book.
