I ordered this book, and was pleasantly surprised when I opened it up. For starters, it is so much more than just an "energy" enhancement book. The way the author, Stephen Adele explains it, you shouldn't read this book all in one night, instead you are supposed to read one Energy Solution each night and then he gives you practical, easy ways to put the Solution into practice. Like an Energy Exercise. Then, at the end of the day, you have a journal to fill out and report how well the new Energy Solution affected your energy that day and how you felt. Plus, it has this neat little "energy meter" at the end of each day's journal too, where you can mark your level of overall energy. Then, after Day one, you move on to reading the next Energy Solution, and putting the Solution into practice, and so on. I found this book very informative, enlightening and an enjoyable process. It has effected me in ways I never imagined. It's a little book, but it packs a very powerful punch, if you will. There are so many lifestyle changes I've made since reading and using this book, my energy has not only restored itself (to my youthful levels), but I've noticed my energy has been growing every day, more and more. I really enjoyed this book, and I'm certain if you have 21 days to invest in the book's advice (and Plan), you will too! The best part about it is, it's stuff that's so easy to put into place you won't feel like you're life has been turned upside down. This is a great book, and I highly recommend it to anyone who feels burned out, stressed and a lack of focus in life (like I did!). :-)

Simple and straightfoward. The book defines simple exercises that anyone can incorporate into their daily life. By the fifth day, I was already feeling the effects.
