Outstanding

This is truly the best book of its type that I have seen. All the information you need in a good format. Just with a quick glace thru this book I learned that there were 4 listings for baking powder. WHY? Because you need to read the label for the ingredient list. The ingredients significantly impact the carb count. WHOA!
