This countdown to bedtime book follows ten sweet little sheep at bedtime as they gaze up at the night sky, each wishing upon their very own wishing star. Watch as each little sheep??s wish comes true... This description may be from another edition of this product.
One of my 17 month old's favorite books. We received the 5 Wishing Stars version at birth and has loved that one so we purchased this for a little longer bedtime read (although we read it anytime). There is a little difference in the last five stars, but that did not take away from the book. We also like The Ten Little Ladybugs (ultimate fave) and Good Night Sweet Butterflies. I think it is the colorful artwork and the cadence of the prose of these books that is the draw.
A Favorite In Our Home

We orginally purchased this book for our daughter, then two, and she loved it. The illustrations are fun, the book is sturdy, the writing is cute, and who doesn't love glow-in-the-dark stars? Two years later, my son (who is now two) loves to read about the sheep and their wishes. My four year old still enjoys it after two years as well! A wonderful bedtime story with imagination.

I got this book for my son when he was 1 and he fell in love with it. The pictures are beautiful and the story is very cute. We have a ritual every night, which consists of starting the bedtime routine with "10 Little Ladybugs" a couple of other books, and then we read "10 Wishing Stars" and he knows it is time to sleep. I would highly recommend this book, you wont be disappointed.

My son loves this book! He is learning subtraction and recognizing words by pointing at them as I read to him. Seller is wonderful, this book arrived in time for Christmas even though it was ordered about one week before the holiday. Very pleased with the product.
A very cute story

I bought this for my daughter a few weeks ago, and it is becoming one of our favorites. Both the illustrations and rhymes are very cute. The only problem with the book is the stars are supposed to glow, and ours barely do (which is really no big loss).
