Awesome

I loved this book. Time travel is one of my favorite genres, but this puts a new twist on it by switching two distant relatives 140 years apart. What makes it work, is although the characters initially seem unlikable, when they are switched it brings new life to their personalities and they are more fitting with the switch. The men Fabian and Jeff are fabulous mates for the switched girls Missy and Melissa. I was thoroughly entertained by this one.

A very balanced, symetrical time-travel read

I loved this book. My favorite characters were Jeff & Melissa, and I did not find Jeff to be a wimp. He was very much male. He was incredibly protective of Melissa, and the things he said about Fabian really put that guy in his place! I do think, though, the book should have been called something like "Misadventures with Missy" or "Missy Makes Things Miserable". She was very dominating, however, both her & Melissa made changes for the better through their personal growth in different time periods. Missy became less selfish & Melissa became more self-assured. One reviewer said this book had a sad ending, but I didn't find a sad ending. I think it ended on a very happy tone. I had a lot of favorite parts. One was when Jeff took Melissa to dinner, only to have the waiter hit on her, not once, but twice ... another was when Missy discovered she loved the taste of cigars & brandy on Fabian's mouth ... another was when George told Melissa he knew she was not Missy. I definitely recommend this book and I will read another book by Eugenina Riley again.

Beautiful!!! A must read

It is one of the best novels I have read until now. I could not put it down - it was so exciting. It is romantic and fun. I like Fabian and Missy best - they are both so sure of themselves and so strong. Melissa and Jeffrey are slightly too weak for my taste but as a whole the book is so original so well written that it does not matter. I have already read it hundreds of times and the book has made the round of all my friends who just loved it. Do not miss it!

WON-DER-FUL!!!!

This book is wonderful, delightful, funny, witty and lots more. Not only are Missy and Melissa engaged to the wrong men, but they have the wrong parents too. I didn't want this book to end. Missy and Fabian were my favorite couple, but I love Jeff and Melissa's sweetness toward each other. When they fell down the stairs I had to laugh, I was so embarrassed for them both. As a matter of fact, I was laughing throughout this book. I didn't expect alot of things that happened in this book to happen, which is why I love this book so much. This book is original. I loved the ending, but I was a little sad. I going to write Eugenia Riley to let her know I love her book, and will never get tired of reading it.

This book is what books should all be like!!!

I loved this book. I going to read this book several times, until the cover is worn. This book had me laughing out loud. I loved these characters. Eugenia Riley really put everything into these wonderful, loving characters. Missy and Fabian and Melissa and Jeff were made for each other. I do like one couple better than the other, but you have to pick your own :). This book is a most read!
