Recommendation for this Book.

This book is arguably the best work I know for the novice in the field. It has served me well as a text book in college level course I have taught in Basic Telecommunications. It covers where we started and gives the reader a glimpse into the direction of the industry and technology. The management insights provides every manager responsible for telephone, data and video services, a handbook that will help them in the execution of their duties in that area. It provides a very practical section on how to buy a phone system, the most basic of business services. All in all, this book is best primer anyone can purchase and will serve them well after the first and second reading as a reference document. I highly recommend it based upon 48 years in the industry and 9 years after business hours teaching at a major university's Telecommunications Institute.
