Great book that bring policy, industry, and personal stories together.

This is a wonderful nonfiction book that explains the past, present, and future hope of the American dental system. Otto writes in a way that carries you seamlessly from one topic to another. I always appreciate real-life stories that illuminate the consequences of policy decisions. Teeth dives into the political realm of medicare and medicaid of dental care, the history of the dental system from its creation, and deeply moving stories of people affected by the system and the public health policy of dental care. Great read, I recommend it to other nonfiction book lovers.
