Eye-opener...Educators: take heed!

Goodlad's book, Teachers For Our Nation, offers insightful, useful information for persons in charge of educating future teachers. Unfortunately, our nation's economically disadvantaged students are losing the war because educators fail to meet their needs. Parent involvement is at an all time low. Goodlad's postulates need to be seriously considered because the teacher, truly, is the "key" player. If we improve the skills of the teacher, we will improve the skills of the student.
