The Teachers Coach is a guide full of resources and strategies, developed and written in New Zealand, to help make teaching easier and to provide ways to build upon teachers' existing talents.
Many books are long-winded and tell you about all sorts of things, and you just wish they would get to the point. The Teachers Coach gets straight to the point with easy-to-follow "how-to" guidelines over 79 pages.
Some teachers noted that the original resources, developed and released in 2011, should be provided to all teachers during their training. Now designed to carry readers into 2026.
(if you are wondering about the cover image - we took this photo on a visit to Kawerau in 2010. This is a path that runs along the Tarawera River, a beautiful place to visit).
