The sheer complexity of this book is yet another argument for the simplification of the US tax code. Probably tax exempt organisations [ie. charities] have simpler reporting requirements than regular companies. But even a casual thumbing of the book reveals a stupefying variety of clauses and "clarifications". Enough to keep tax accountants quite busy; so at least the book is good news for some blokes.
