Wonderful

This book has some great recipes and is a great addition to my canning library. I've tried about 5-6 recipes since purchasing it in July. The carrot butter is spicy and is great on grilled cheese sandwiches and quesodillas. Each of the recipes have tur ed out very well and didn't require any adjustments.
