"Tall Enough to Coach" is a true example of a Leader and a program that makes it from "Good to Great" Jim Collins would be proud! Coach Sharp's lessons from the backboards of basketball can work for anyone, even in the boardrooms of business. Her visualization, goal setting, her non-negotiables, to getting the right person in the right position knowing what they can contribute (right person on the bus - in the right seat) build upon the success that she humbly credits to many others and God. Her "POWER" intangibles that she looks for in others alone could help anyone in wanting to achieve success.
