The most comprehensive book on prayer!

This is the most comprehensive book on prayer that I've read. It tells you the what, why and how of prayer, as well as tackles difficult questions regarding the theology and practical aspects of prayer anyone could think of. What really impresses me is the author based his book on the entire Bible. Unfortunately, it's already out-of-print. So try to get hold of a used copy before it disappears totally.
