She took me down...

I loved it. It was a sweet story with a real plot. I read this book all night until my eyes were burning. Romantic and little erotic, with some mystery. Get it, read it love it.

Take Me Down

I loved this story! It is great from the first page to the last. Stephanie's mistrust of men began when she was a young girl because her father left and from her Mom's constant preaching to her to never trust any man but to marry for money. Jack Kaufman ex-Navy Seal and security expert interviews for a security job for her business but also because she has adopted his daughter that he just found out about. She finds out the truth after getting romantically involved with him by a phone call and her ex-fiance Stanley who wants her for her money. They work things out despite all this but the ex goes to deadly measures to try and get her back because his buisness is failing and he needs her money to bail him out. Trust becomes the enemy for them both and almost destroys them all. Great story and you will not out this book down until the last page.

Great Book

I loved this book. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 was because I think we found out to early what Jack was up to. But overall, it was great. He was a take charge time of guy, he manipulated and schemed to get Stef and he won in the end. I loved It.

But with all the lies and deceit between him and Stephanie, Jack is not sure if that is possible. And just when his life seems to be getting back on track, his past comes back to haunt him. Take Me Down is a romantic action story by Sylvia Lett. It takes a while before the action starts; but when it does, it draws you into the story. Lett does a good job of mixing the romance and the action elements throughout the story. Your imagination is challenged somewhat when it comes to the plot and characters.
