The most difficult experience, so well articulated

Thank you Pam Ferguson for finding a way to give to others, even in your most difficult pain and devastation. This book explains everything that a family had to go through with the death of their son (brother, grandson, nephew, friend, etc.) - written from the perspective of a loving mother. I found this book to be so helpful, in the way that I will relate to people in the future, after the loss of a loved one. Everyone should read this book, and always remember to say "I love you" to important family and friends.

A book of this type is long overdue. Pam Ferguson really puts herself out there. My hat's off to her for the strength and courage it took to complete this book with so much passion and integrity. After reading Surviving Ryan, I have a much better understanding of the feelings I've been going through since losing someone very close to me. It's nice to know these feelings of loss resulting from tragedy really are normal under the circumstances. Thank you, Pam for writing this book!
