The opposite of the Nobu cookbook

I own the attractive Nobu cookbook but I can't make the recipes that require expensive ingredients. Supermarket Confidential is actually a cookbook and of course, the ingredients are commonly available in a typical supermarket. I would never have thought to buy this book if it wasn't on special for $2.99.
