Each book will focus more on a different Quadrant. The first one Quadrant A was explored and developed the central focus being the relationship between Dubis and Evilyn.

Here there is more characters that get the lime light, including some characters that previously didn't receive that much attention such as Tora, Felix, and Lince all minor side characters in the previous novel. Dubis also is wrestling with the events of the first book, and what his life has become after his mother was so viciously consumed...
