How far is too far? Sunder was under heavy economic duress. The government decided to kick in an extreme plan to relieve the deficit that the country was rapidly accumulating. Over the span of a decade, the government was finally able to remove the debt that was harming Sunder by eliminating anything and anyone that caused a deficit. But at what cost? Only a third of the population survived. Jonathon Richtor, a discredited reporter who has struggled since the eradication, began to care for himself and his sister.
