I bought this at an antique store in Florence, Colorado, and I just love this book. There are lots of great recipes, plus lots of how to's in this book. This book explains how to make cheese, soy milk and use honey for the replacement of most sugar in breads in cakes. I have found this to be a great help for those of us trying to stay away from processes foods. Even gives the recipe for sprouted breads and acorn bread. This book is from the 1970's so it does have that 70's kind of feel, but it is a wealth of knowledge.
