Unique and effective way to reduce physical tension

The stretches in this book are unique in that they focus on stretching the tendons as opposed to the muscles. The result is that tension can be reduced far more quickly with less effort. I once did an experiment with releasing neck tension using first yoga techniques and then later Wa Do stretching methods.
