It is a book on his personal journey with his father in exploring the dangerous diabetes in the country. He finds out the truth and map out a personal recommendation what to eat, how to exercise and how to take care to beat this deadly disease. The government, different agencies and even medical doctors do not help in this aspect. Medical advice only offers to treat symptoms but not the root cause of the wrong food choice.
