Entertaining while informative

As a Real Estate trainer I found this book a great resource, especially for the new agents. With one in every 227 adults in the United States holding a Real Estate licence, real estate is a highly competitive business. New agents and many existing agents need an edge in securing commission checks. This book will give them the edge in a very short time. I liked the fact that it wasn't dry advise, it mixed a nice story with the systems.

Practical and inspiring all in one!!!

As a college student majoring in marketing and business it is very hard to find a book that is intriguing and easy to stay awake to. This book is an excellent getaway from the boring text books found in many business books today... Gerisilo and Lebow put it in a fun, conversational story format which provides a great illustration of how to succeed in real estate and in any service industry!

This book is truely a must have for many, from the person thinking about getting into real estate, to the seasoned veteran who has forgotten the secrets to a successful business. You won't be able to put it down. It is a quick and refreshing read through the eyes of someone who has put these secrets to work and can demonstrate a proven and successful track record. Finally, a real estate book that isn't full of a lot of hype and empty promises. As a successful 15 year veteran myself, I thought the book contained many simple yet powerful ideas on getting your Real Estate career on the right track. Now that the Real Estate market has started to cool down in most areas, this book will be an invalauble resource for Realtors who are discovering that the "easy money" days are behind them. Gerisilo and LeBow use an easy to read narrative style that makes absorbing the powerful concepts easier (who thought a plane ride could be so much fun?). Great book - I bought 5 copies for the newer agents in my office to get them on a fast track.
