A Good Read

I receieved this book as a Christmas present when I was 10. Fifteen years and several moves later, I`ve kept it. It tells the story of Lang, a high school senior whose best friend, Stu, is killed riding his motorcycle. Lang can`t believe he`s gone, but when she meets her best friend`s cousin Chris, she starts to wonder if maybe Stu has come back. Lang is a likable character who maybe thinks too much. Chris is so different to Stu that she realises that maybe she can love both guys. Personally, I would have liked to see a little more depth. At Stu`s funeral she sees a girl just like herself who is Stu`s fiancee. This is the only mention of her and I would have liked to see who she really was and why Stu never mentioned her. I would also have liked to see Lang have an outburst or two from grief. All in all it`s an OK read for a rainy day.
