An excellent way to teach young children to care for the environment

"Stuff!: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" is an excellent way to teach young children the three 3Rs, i.e. reduce, reuse, and recycle - Pinch, is a rat who is also a packrat. He keeps all manner of junk in his home, and refuses to part with anything. But when the town Pinch lives in has a giant tag sale, Pinch finally comes around, thinking he can make money from his stuff and then buy more things! But when he sees all the joy his old 'junk' brings to those who purchase it, he gets a new perspective on things, and finally makes a wise decision to help his community. This is an excellent, visual way to show young children how to care for the environment by reducing wastage, reusing old things and finally, recycling. The pictures are in full-color and visually appealing, and the environmentally-friendly message is conveyed in a fun way. Highly recommended for ages 4-8.
