Enjoyable read

Hello, I read this book and found it to be a very enjoyable read. The version I read, 6th edition copyright 1984, concentrated primarily on the great classic short stories ranging in time from 1837 to 1978. Studies in the Short Story, at least the 6th edition, didn't attempt to be an international short story book that is so in vogue today. Overall, it was a very enjoyable read.
