Something that's easy to follow and maintain, and doesn't ban all your favourite foods, while still actually delivering results?

This is it.

Strength Training Nutrition 101: Build Muscle & Burn Fat Easily...A Healthy Way Of Eating You Can Actually Maintain is a sensible, manageable nutrition guide for men and women who lift weights.

Author Marc McLean is an online personal training and nutrition coach with over two decades' worth of experience in weight training.

He's the founder of Weight Training Is The Way, and is a fitness writer for leading websites including Mind Body Green and The Good Men Project, which have a combined monthly audience of 15 million+ visitors.

Marc shares his masterplan for maximising your exercise efforts...and uncomplicates the complicated when it comes to nutrition, fat loss and muscle development.

This book is not about choosing one diet over another. It's not filled with complicated bodybuilding nutrition advice or nutrition plans that are too hard to maintain.

It's about getting all the important stuff right and building a solid nutritional foundation for sculpting a lean, athletic body.

Dont waste your money

This is the worst book I have ever purchased. There is nothing in this book that isnt common sense. Very general information. Mostly the author talks about themself and not the actual topic of the book. large font, double spaced. Its more of a pamphlet turned into a book. Youre better off going to The Google
