Basically a sales brochure selling you on expensive classes. Don't buy.

Imagine spending money on a book that leads you to believe it will teach you something life-changing. Then you spend an hour or two reading how great that thing is. You're super pumped! Then when you're about 60 pages in, you realize the whole book is just a sales pitch for really expensive classes. The rest of the book just tells you how cool the classes are. How would you feel?
While I feel partly to blame, for not researching the book better, I just have this overwhelming sense of being scammed and misled by the book. Now that I'm scanning around the dust jacket etc. it's true it never explicitly states: "Inside, you will find explicit instructions on how to meditate using this method." I think there is a clear and misleading implication that it will. I find myself angry not only by the money I spent for what amounts to a sales pitch but also by the time I spent reading the book before it reveals that you can't learn anything from this book.
TM does sound really amazing. But skip this book- I'll summarize it here: "TM will change your life. Here are celebrities and science that says it works....so like I was saying, just go sign up for some $1000 classes and you too can have everything you have ever wanted. The end."
