My 5 year old is reading this with ease

I came into my 5 year old's room and she was reading this with ease. There are several sentences per page, so it's a little more challenging than your basic reader. The back of the book says "Level 4" but I'm pretty sure it's a first grade reader. We got this used somewhere. It's very durable, with the hardback cover.
