Great gift for anyone who cares about equality of the GLBT community

I purchased this as part of a Hanukkah gift for my co-teacher, who sponsors our GLBT group at school and also teaches a cross-cultural class at the college level. I also really wanted to support Amnesty International, so giving this gift allowed me to get something to support their cause as well. She says she LOVED it, and also loved (as I did) that it was from Amnesty International. It's probably more appropriate at the college level, but she may be able to use it as a resource for the GLBT group at school. It reads more like a text book, and has a reasonable amount of data as well. So, definitely not for light reading, but very informative and interesting.
