Bravo

Really nice recipes that will have you enjoying stone fruit in a wide array of ways, i.e: Food, Desserts, Drinks, etc. There are cute stories that follow several of the more flamboyantly named dishes and a overall tone of ease to the book. Definately on my reccomended list.

A peach of a cookbook!

As a Northwest Native, I'm a big fan of the summer's bounty- but other than eating the fruit fresh or making jam, I'm not sure what to do with it all. I run out of ideas. This book offers not just great recipes, but amazing information as well. And it's pretty too!
