Police Detective Melissa Longstreet protects the laidback resort town of Spring Harbor, Texas, which has its own dark secret.

The bodies of seven young women have washed up on the beaches in town-all murdered in the same grotesque manner. Dust, a deadly party drug, is found in their system and their IDs don't match the stereotypical prostitute description.
