Yup, sure is a good 'un

For anyone wishing to find out what Sting gets up to in his bedroom, please do not buy the book on this basis! However, should you wish to read about how this man interacts with his lifetime friend, James Berryman, and what really goes on in Sting's head then this is the book for you. It is blatantly obvious that Sting's best frined is not going to write the salacious things that some people trhive on! This book is a piece of history and shows how Sting is human, after all! Yes, the author is included in most of the stories, this is called interaction and James Berryman is the stooge to Sting's alter-ego... his real self. So don;t go knocking it until you have read it, and forget about drug taking orgies... Sting is new age man, not a thug. I really enjoyed this book, and, yes, it did make my eyes run with tears of laughter at some of the antics the pair got up to. I mean, who would imagine Sting grabbing at one of the Beatles hair in a desperate attempt to get a piece of one of them! Oh, and Sting obviously authorised this book because it is factual and not a fairytale like the other biographies I have read about this man... I too give it my vote of confidence.
