this book was awsome

This book was great i was always intreasted in jumping than racing. I am glad that they made the part of the series about jumping and evanting ithink Christina is tottley cool. She has a great horses even touugh she is a bit spoiled. I think that it was dumb to traded Legacy for Sterling beacuse Sterling is a bit of a low class horse. I think the real brat was Cassidy and Dylan was dumb enough to look over Christina and invite Cassidy to join the team for the event before dong the math that Chritina would be able to ride. It was dumb of melanie to take Sterling over the Liverpool. With out talking to Christina and almost getting hurt. This was a awesome book

Pretty good if you are into the series as I am.

Shows how choices you make effect your parents as well as yourself

If you like horseback riding, you'll like this book.

Christina Reese falls and breaks her wrist. She is unable to ride her dapple gray thoroughbred mare,Sterling's Dream in the event. The beautiful, self-confident Cassidy Smith is picked to take Christina's place on the team. Christina is unhappy with Mona's choice because Cassidy claims Christina and her horse are quitters. Christina tries to find someone else to do the job.Her cousin Melanie offers to help, but she gets on the mare and the horse runs off. Reluctantly, Christina asks Cassidy to ride Sterling. Surprisingly, she says no,but Melanie convinces Cassidy how much it means to Christina. Cassidy exercises Sterling, and Christina rides in the event. I think this book has a good plot. I like the way the author describes the main character Christina. I am an equitation rider and just like Christina I love jumping and horses. My favorite kinds of horses are thoroughbreds. I have enjoyed reading all the books in the thoroughbred series, and hope they write more.

What happened to Joanna?!?!

What happened to Joanna Campell?! First it was her. Then it was her and Karen Bently And now it's her and this other lady! They made the series with racing and now suddenly it's all jumping! An ocasional book on jumping is ok, but the seriesn is about RACING! Why'd Samantha, Max, Cindy, Tor, And all the other people have to go! They were Some of my favorite people. Why'd Wonder have to stop breeding, too?And Christina is such a brat! She traded Wonder's last foal! I didn't like the Townsends, but what happened to them? In my opinion, this series is going downhill. =(

Where did Cassidy come from?

I think that this book was well written, even though the story was about jumping. Allison Estes did a good job. But where did Cassidy come from? On page 15, someone calls Cassidy Cassidy and then it says, 'the blond girl, Cassidy Smith'! If they don't know Cassidy, then how would they know her name? Can someone E-Mail me about this new Ashleigh series?
