WOW! Beautiful color pictures. Each of the 100 outstanding recipes has at least 4 follow along photos. With simple and concise directions. Forget the typical Americanized taco/burrito/tostada stuff. This is real Mexican cuisine like you'd find in finest Mexico City resturants. Fish-beef-lamb-pork D-I-S-H-E-S! Salads, deserts, and soups too. They're so easy, and sooooooo good!
