An engaging science book for kids

This entertainingly written and charmingly illustrated book is full of accurate information from the cutting edge of science, delivered in a straightforward and clear way. The mayor's dog goes missing and Stella Brite is ready to take on the case. But before she can even start, a much more interesting case comes up: most of the matter in the universe is missing! Not misplaced, mind you, but dark so it can't be seen like the stars can. Readers are taken along for the ride as Stella and her side kick try to find the missing matter. It's real science! Kids will love the story and learn something at the same time.
