I was diagnosed with ADHD a couple months ago and I really don’t like the idea of stimulants due to cardiac concerns. I saw an interview on Gaia with the author about this book and got really excited. Unfortunately, it’s an outdated scam. The information in the book is very generic (no dosage amounts) and points you to his website. However, the website links give errors and don’t exist anymore. I’m shocked he’s even still trying to sell this book!
The main supplements he tells you to buy are his own blends and they are not available for purchase anywhere that I can find. I guess this means they were dangerous so he got shut down or they didn’t work so no one was buying them. Obviously, there was a major problem. While researching I also found out he got his doctorate degree from a college that was shut down. Not sure anyone should be taking medical advice from this guy…
So, the advice in the book is basically useless. Save your money and just go to his website and request the free wellness guide. This lists all of the supplements he recommends plus a bunch of others for other conditions. Maybe they would help, or maybe it’s misguided quackery. Your guess is as good as mine but I’m hugely disappointed I wasted my money on this book!
