Have you never been to prison? Have you ever wondered what it's really like? Matt's revealing narrative tells it all. His perspective is meshed with the experiences of other accounts from inmates whose stories are different than his own but the theme of deprivation and despair remains a constant. This factual revelation of suffering behind bars lends to a vivid assessment of our "corrections" system.

Great book for families and those about to enter the system....
