On prom night, the girls' fairy godmother shows them their futures which leave a lot to be desired. They only have one chance to change their lives and they have to depend on each other.
I just bought all the books in the series on Friday. They were so good I couldnt put them down and i was finished with the series the next day. The series starts with these four teenage girls...Zola, Min, Olivia, and Sally. There futures are not what they had in mind so there fairy godmother, Clarence Terence helps them to change them. Once their finished fixing their futures in the end of the fourth book they forget about their godmother (as they were told they would) and then went to their 10 year high school reunion where they meet up with old friends. They have their futures to be just what they could have wished for. I would recommend this book to anyone. It really makes you think about what you want to do with your life.
An extremely funny book.

Zola, Olivia, Min, and Sally are four girls who have just graduated high school. Even after a nightmarish prom night, they still believe they have their whole lives ahead of them to have fun. Until they meet their fairy godmother - who happens to be a guy! He shows them just what a nightmare their futures will be - unless they do something drastic to change their fates. But will they be able to make their futures brighter - or make an even bigger mess? This was the first book in a hilarious new series. I can't wait to read the next three books.
Good start to the series!

In this great book, Zola, Olivia, Min, and Sally are leading normal teenage lives...until the night of the prom. Things are going great, until Min gets into a fight with her boyfriend, Tobias, and his pet dog, Ozzy, and Evan doesn't go the to prom with Zola and instead goes with her enemy Claudia, and Sally finds out that her dream man isn't as great as she thought. Then many other things happen, among which is that a man who calls himself their fairy godmother (and who supposedly looks like Lenny Cravitz) keeps showing up. After he has shown up a few times, he finally does what he's been trying to do all night: show them their futures. And their futures aren't quite what they'd all like. They only get one chance to change it, though. This fabulous book continues in Have A Nice Life #2: Play. I can't wait to start reading it! This book is a must-read for fans of funny, teen books.
Just buy it now!

this book is really cool because it's so not censored. The things that they're thinking and the people in their lives are entertaining and real. I think this series is going to be really popular because I also read the first one in one night and went out and bought the next one.

When Nin, Zola, Sally, and Olivia meet their fairygodmother. He (yes it's a he) shows them their futures, aLl which leave much to be desired. Each one of them is shocked to see what their life will be like in 10 years. So in an attempt to fix it all they make a pack to try to change it for the better. But as they start out they reallize that chageing their lives may be a little harder than they would expect.I found this book to be orginal and very funny. It was so adicting that I read it all in one night (didn't take to long though, it's kinda short). I would reccomend this to anyone who likes funny orginal books. This looks like a very interesting series!
