Good intro guide to sprang

If you're looking to learn how to do sprang, this an excellent book to start with. The directions are clear and easy to follow, and there are lots of illustrations of finished pieces, making it easier to wrap you head around what to do with sprang (the sprang bikini is a personal favorite). It also includes a section on how to do sprang on a traditional floor loom. While there are not quite as many details as in other books (see Peter Collingwood's book on sprang), it is sufficient to learn the technique, and somewhat more affordable than the alternative.
