Historic St. Louis baseball park

The book showcases Browns and Cardinals games throughout the history of Sportsman’s Park. It could have featured more of the history of the park itself. One part I enjoyed was learning of the Browns star first baseman George Sisler. Ty Cobb once called Sisler “the nearest thing to a perfect ballplayer”. St. Louis baseball fans will enjoy the memorable games of when the Gateway City was home to two MLB teams.
