Spizzerinctum Is Very Informative

I found this book to be exceptional in answering four questions about leadership, i.e., What Is Leadership? How Do You Lead Another Person or Group? Where Does Your Leadership Take Place and With Whom? What Is The Power You Were Born With That Makes Leadership Success Possible? The answers to these four questions will definitely put Leadership Success in the proper perspective so as to make Leadership Succes highly achievable. Part II of the book is all about Behaviors that will help anyone to achieve Leadership Success if they CHOOSE to do so. I loved this book and highly recommend it.
