Spiritual Downloads From the Heart was something that just came to me, naturally, just about every morning.

I would be in the middle of waking up ... not fully awake yet, not completely asleep, when the writing would take place. Stories would just begin to come to me.

As I stated in the introduction, I never set out to write a book. I never sat down at a chair trying to conjure up ideas to write about ... it all just flowed to me, it was effortless.

Most stories if not all were written in a matter of minutes.

I just listened, pulled up my note page in my iPhone and began to write what I heard.

There were times when my editor would send back stories to read over to make sure that he was heading in the right direction. I would begin to read and it was like I was reading these stories for the very first time. This was truly spirit written, not Brian written.

My wish is that when you read this book, that your heart will be touched and moved by love.
