Makes a wonderful gift!

I have this journal in both sizes. The art work is exquisite and very emotional. I have given this journal to a couple of my friends as well as my Sister, they all were extremely delighted to receive such a beautiful notebook. great product

I bought this journal to use on a trip to China and it definitely came in handy and for more than journaling. Attached to the inside of the back cover of this journal is a little envelope which I hid extra money and also kept tickets, advertisements, and other little pieces of paper I gathered there. It could also hold photos, this is a nice touch that isn't in the description. There is also a ribbon bookmark. I have two verrrry minor complaints that are more just to let potential buyers know--you can see the magnet in the triangle front cover, it slightly protrudes from the rest of the cover, also after a time of use, the force of the magnetic snap leaves a mark on the cover in the shape of the triangle flap. Neither of these two things would prevent me from purchasing this or other paperblank products and you really have to be looking for flaws to actually notice them. After having this since april 2005, I'm completely pleased with this product and it's something that I'll keep forever.
